The Vision

At Skyway, effective leadership is built on genuine relationships. Inspired by David and the transformation of his team into the “Mighty Ones,” Pastor Greg and Pastor Philip are launching a 1-year leadership journey designed to equip, activate, and grow alongside leaders who carry a heart for our church and our city.

What to Expect

1-Year Commitment: An intentional journey dedicated to personal and spiritual growth.
8 Monthly Gatherings: Evening meetings once a month on Tuesdays centered on:
Food & Fellowship: Building strong, lasting bonds.
Discipleship & Activation: Practical leadership tools, spiritual formation, and kingdom application.
Kingdom Alignment: Seeing God’s heart established here at Skyway as it is in heaven.

Who Should Apply

We are seeking individuals who sense a calling, value commitment, and carry a passion for servanthood. This is for current leaders at Skyway or new ones looking to partner with God’s plan for the church.

Core Commitments:
– A deep, active faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.
– A thriving, active personal prayer life.
– Currently serving (or ready to serve) on a ministry team at Skyway.
– Faithful church attendance ≈ 80% services.
– Faithful practice of tithing to the local church.
– Excitement to actively participate in what God is doing through Skyway.
